Dr. Koty Lapid

 

She was born in Nyírbátor.

She went to school in Nyíregyháza, Budapest, and later in Israel, at the Beer Sheva Ben Gurion University Industrial Engineering finished her undergraduate studies. She finished with double diploma: B.Sc. in Industrial Management and Computer’s Applications. Parallel to her study she was engaged in organizing and executing Research works. Together with her two classmates win the ‘best-project’ prize. She got her Master of Science with excellency.

Title of her M.Sc. thesis is: ‘The Transition Process from R&D to Commercial Production in an Electronics Firm'

She has been thought a long time in the Ben Gurion University.

Her current interest: innovation, innovation policy and organizational learning.

She got her Vardimon Prize in 1988 for her research work that has to do with the development of the NEGEV.

She has been published in Hungarian and English. She has lectured in Japan, England, Italy, Turkey, USA, Holland Israel and Hungary.

She got her Ph.D. at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences.
